Harold Dee, a former New York State Traffic Court Judge, sat in Bronx and Manhattan Traffic Violation Bureau hearings from September, 1989 through  September 1993 and decided 25,000 traffic trials.

Former Judge Dee has practiced law in New York State since 1974 following graduation from Brooklyn Law School. Since 1993, the practice is exclusively the defense of motorists charged with violations of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law.

We represent people charged with DWI, DUI, or other Vehicle and Traffic criminal charges, or for traffic violatons such as DWAI or Speeding, or any moving violation, or a DMV license or registration problem.
